Jodie Abrahams, Registered Nutritionist

Jodie specialises in women's health and has 3 years' training in Naturopathic Nutrition.

Her particular area of interest is how food and lifestyle affect our hormones and everything they impact on - including our emotions, moods, energy levels and cycles.

Jodie's approach combines evidence-based nutrition advice - to help balance hormones, support the body's response to stress and improve sleep - with strategies to support well-being as a whole, including promoting relaxation and developing a non-judgemental approach to eating.

We'll tackle the basics. From key nutrients to include each day, to how to prepare and combine them for maximum nutritional benefits. Plus simple ways to support your mind-body connection and digestive system so you can get the most from the food you eat.

Dial things down


Anxiety and stress are the enemies of rest, relaxation and good quality sleep. I'll share nutrients and lifestyle habits that nourish your nervous system (and those that don't!) to help you find stillness.




Lesson Three: 
Balance your hormones


Learn how to support the natural hormonal fluctuations throughout your cycle. I'll share key nutrition and lifestyle tips for keeping your hormones in check so you can enjoy more stable mood, energy and mental clarity.




Lesson Four: 
Find peace with food


Your emotional needs can influence the way you view food and approach eating. I'll share strategies for tuning into cravings, eating mindfully and cultivating a non-judgemental, balanced approach to eating.
